to have forgotten that most of their fan base doesn't live in the city. Even though everyone who does live in the city is a Steeler fan, so is everyone who lives in Western Pennsylvania. The City of Pittsburgh just isn't that big of a place and I bet that if you took a poll of the fans in the stands you would find that most of them don't live in the city and many of them only venture into the city to watch Steeler/Pirate/Penguin games. Sooo the "City" can have last years SuperBowl. This next one is "Six for the Hicks!!!"
I know this is an off the wall question but does anyone out there have any howard cosell full length games on Video? any NFL games at all not necessarily steeler games. I once got 4 steelers SB's on VHS from a fellow on this newsgroup so I'm guessing these games are bound to exist on VHS in someone's collection. Probably a MNF game as those are only DonBTW is Cosell still alive?Nope..died many years ago.
Does anyone record the games to their computer or DVD?
I missed the last 5 or so minutes on my recording and am looking to

for optical media (the error correction isn't able to compensate for them) I've saved many of my daughters PS2 games this way. I don't know if I would go to that trouble with a rental DVD . SickboyAnother thing I just love is when I put a DVD in and the DVD player says "No disc". That just happened with my new DVD player.I've had that happen as well. Leave the DVD in the unit, turn the power off and then back on. It should work. I believe it's the new copy protection that causes this problem. Are you stupid Matt Davis?Re: OT

replace no.spam with verizon.net Thanks to anyone who can help. I'd also be interested in the Miami, Patsies or Eagles games on DVD too, but my first priority is to enjoy watching the ratbirds getting stomped. and of course .GO STEELERS TimothyCan't help you with that .but who is your cable provider? If they have NFL Network On Demand you can always check the 10 minute weekly replay. It's obviously not as good as having the entire game, but it's a pretty good recap.I've Email
you EVER had to smile about? Now go kill yourself.I just got back from Florida where I heard a Cleveland fan listing to the locals complaining about all of the natural disasters on a map and the SuperBowl was probably the first time most of the country ever saw a SeaHawks game because they don't show SeaHawk games on national TV . and you're talking about 'no respect'? lol. Listen hear buddy, Pittsburgh has 5 SuperBowl and I love the DVD. I recently returned from Ft. Myers from FL and talked to several Steelers fans there who loved the DVD and the game,
I have hundreds of Steeler games on DVD. E-Mail me and let me know of the game you want to see [email protected]
says Have you obtained the expressed written consent of the National Football League?
I have a Steeler Highlight DVD that contains Inside the NFL and lots of postgame interviews locker room field and pressbox from the playoffs, and local interview stuff. It runs about 4 hours. I have the complete AFC championship game from star to finish on DVD. I have it on 2 awesome DVDs, they look great on my HD TV. If you need either one, please email me at [email protected]

it! I wish we'd never been in the SuperBowl. Can I be a fan of your perfect team?Exactly. The Steelers have been jobbed plenty in the past. it sucks. We missed the playoffs on a bullshit coin toss. We almost lost to the Colts on horrendous shit. Good teams overcome. Bad calls are a part of . " but Seattle made coffee instead of lemonade. No, Steeler fans are not happy. We are not happy that the Steelers were 7-5 a couple months ago and on the verge of missing the playoffs, and then won three playoff games on the road (two of those wins as underdogs) and then the
Not only is the game a good time - we get the added bonus of Seahawk fan bawling his widdle eyes out every time it's brought to their attention. Ross Perot refers to Seattle as "That giant sobbing sound you hear." Enjoy the game.I have it on DVD also. I bought the Road to XL DVD's. Great deal. Anyways, watching the game again, without being "in" the game, if you know what I mean, what really struck me was how sloppy the game was and how the controversial calls were all legit. Personally, I thought it was an ugly game and not much fun to watch
are everyone's early thoughts on the Steelers-Giants game? Steeler fans owe a big thanks to on where the Steelers stand with the Pats at game time that week. If the game is meaningless to the Steelers, then they will likely rest some people and, although they're still capable of winning that game, may lose it. If it is meaningful, I believe the Bills will find the Steelers too much to handle, as have every other team (Ratbirds soon to be included.) The Pats on the other hand have two inter-Division games. The Dolphins will play like it's their Superbowl, being on
39;City of Champions'. No matter where in the country you went, wearing that Steeler jersey with the 12 or 32 on it made you someone special and respectable or so it seemed through the eyes of a 10 year old. "Hey, that kids from Steeler Country!" I went into the local week in a fluke game followed by their first SuperBowl win . a fluke of nature by the team that will always be the team the Bears blew out in the '85 Superbowl. I always questioned Jimmy the Flordia Steeler fans 'Loyalty and Patriotism' as a Steeler fan after that I think he jinxed us that
last to this day. from that win the rafhens went on the road and swept their way to a win in the superbowl over the new york giants. again in 2001 the rafhens are wildcard and go to Miami and win then travel to STEELER's and lose in 2003 the rafhens win their first Dolphins 34 Colts 17 Johnny U throws 2 interceptions in this game, 18 interceptions during 1970 season. 9/24/72 Jets 44 Colts 34 Johnny U throws 6 interceptions in 8 games played during 1972 season.>> The headline says "INJURIES: Big Ben has little arm". >> > &

everything from he caughht the ball on the 1 yd line to he caught and bobbled the ball at the back of the End Zone. The Big Screen at Altel just kept showing the ball coming out of his hands. From where I sat (stood), it Steeler O-line has room for improvement. The Steelers play well as a team and they will be dominant as long as they continue to do so. Roethlisberger is good and he'll continue to be good as long as he plays as a team player and ignores all the media hype (like New Englands Brady ignores it and plays for the team-- and yes, there may be two SuperBowl rings on
MLB & NFL games on VHS since 1983. I'm in the process of transferring them to DVD for my personal collection and after that I have no use for the tapes. I'd hate to throw them out when I know there are fans out there like me who would enjoy having these games like I have. I'm open to any trades, (baseball & football only), They are all 2nd generation (except games from 2004-present) and all games have been edited to remove commercials, (with the exception of a few classic Budweiser or Miller Lite beer commercials). All 2nd generation games have very good sound
"Ben, wear a helmet." :) THey played 3 songs for encores, the two that I can remember were "Wanted Dead or Alive" and "It's My Life." All in all, it was a great show. I hope the STeelers put this out on DVD. I want to also say that Heinz Field is very beautiful. Very nice venue. TerriHow much hairspray did you put on for the concert Terri? LMAO Someone needs to let Bon Jovi know the 80's are over. This sorry excuse for a Hair Band is still writing the exact same songs they did in the 80's. They are treading in sea of retarded sexuality
?Is the spyware you picked up from going to his website hijacking your browser and harvesting your identity info yet? Elmer FuddThere's no spyware there, I scan all sites thoroughly. I've purchased
2 games from them, very pleased with the quality. Until the NFL makes
these complete games available, I'll keep buying them from whoever has
them.Which would be spamming video pirates padding their wallets with money paid by foolish Americans to thieves who are sending their money offshore to thieves in return for property they have stolen from other Americans. And who
